These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by J.D. Guaranteed Cleaning Company LLC(“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our residential cleaning services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.
1. Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning services for residential properties. Specific services may include, but are not limited to: general house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other specialized cleaning tasks as agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.
- We request that customers provide accurate information regarding the property and service needs so that we can allocate the appropriate time and staff.
- Appointment availability is subject to scheduling capacity.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: If our cleaners arrive and are unable to access the property, a service fee may apply.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
- For health and safety, please secure pets and notify us of any hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, infestations, or unsafe environments).
- We ask that valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings be secured prior to service.
5. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Late or returned payments may be subject to fees.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
7. Liability & Limitations
- While we take care when cleaning, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
- We are not liable for loss of or damage to items not properly secured prior to service.
- Customers must disclose any delicate surfaces or materials that require special care.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Health & Safety
- For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to decline service in hazardous or unsafe conditions.
- We use industry-standard cleaning supplies, but if customers request the use of their own products, we are not responsible for damage or ineffectiveness of those products.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
11. Governing Law
